Testimony focuses on arrest in which unarmed Rzeplinski badly hurt; trial ignores essential element in gun counts: Guilty mind, intentionality by felon owning weapons
It's disgusting (if I'm reading this correctly) that a guilty by association (probably misdemeanor?) case against Mr. Rzeplinski results in them seeking to take his guns away. What do you believe is the supposed motive of Coty Wamp and other government officials to target this man? Is it his politics? Ideology? What's their motive for this heavy hand of injustice by the city of Chattanooga? Let me know if I'm not interpreting this correctly!
Well I am just seeing your comment, thank you for taking the time to comment. There are many more details to this case then what was allowed at trial. It was a premeditated attack by the sheriff's department, I truly believe they were planning on killing me, luckily for Me . They did not know my fiance had returned hone with me. CAD report told the story a lot clearer. Hamilton county went to another county and pulled a file out of archives, and revised it. Ex- wife was married to Hamilton county Sgt. Who had 911 call my son whom unfortunately they had convinced to help .
Thanks for helping me understand more of this, but I still have the lingering question of motive. What motive did they have for killing you and what do they have against you? Can you trace this back to any particular event or...? I see the railroad job they have done on you, and there's no doubt they are out to get you. The question I have is why?
I have spent much time speculating that myself. I had a extremely successful plumbing business, I used to joke with pepole that I made more money than a drug dealer, just legally. A lot of money disappeared, trucks broke I to in broad daylight. Sheriff's department would not assist in investigation. I even called the fbi and they looked into it and turned it over to sheriff's department saying it was there responsibility to investigate and turn evidence over to district attorney. I eventually filed a complaint with internal affairs for thier inaction. That was on Monday August 12th 2019, a detective immediately called me and set appointment on the 16th at 10am I went to the appointment and was stood up, later that evening is when they swatted me and robbed me. Same detective.
Hmm, could be someone in government above the police officers had it out for you or the officers themselves! Though I'm a Conservative and generally back police officers, there are bad "eggs" within those ranks. I've acknowledged that since 2005. I saw first-hand some things that the East Ridge police Dept. was doing that seemed corrupt! Though we need law enforcement, they get paid through politicians even though it's our tax dollars as citizens going through these middlemen. I think your story needs to be shared and accountability needs to be brought upon DA Coty Wamp and others who were setting you up and railroading you. Don't worry about any possible "worse" things happening to you by talking with press and right-wing media outlets. It can only get better by bringing attention to these corruption for you. People have been in jail for years on false convictions, and not until these convictions were shared with mass media did things improve to some degree. The Channel 3's of the world and any corporate media are in league with the government, and they won't report your story truthfully. Real America's Voice, Newsmax, and Blaze are national news outlets that might put some fear into the local authorities, and that's only a good thing! David Tullis, might try to share your story with them or you could. They are covering January 6er's, and you might have a story they would cover. It's worth a try!
