Papers from my formerly newsprint ink-stained fingertips sail into clerk's hand in U.S. case vs. vampire lenders

Tulis v. Flexibility Capital seeks to regain ground lost by TN courts ruling without subject matter jurisdiction in favor of usury, interstate fraud

Defendants in my federal action filed at the Joel Solomon federal court building sue radio journalist for loans 20 times the Tennessee usury limit (Flexibility, Mary Cheadle) and nearly 60 times the legal limit (Lendini, TBF, Knight & Hooper).

I’m fighting back.

The Flexibility Capital annual rate of interest is 208.05 percent and is saved by Tennessee courts, which don’t recognize a void case when one drops a hammer on their knuckles. The ostensible buyer of Lendini’s radio business loan, TBF, sues this reporter in Hamilton County general sessions for unpaid balance of contracted profit on the loan with a 593.44 percent per annum rate of interest.

Thanks to their evil acts, I have standing to punish them for violating state law, and violating laws in their respective states (New York, Pennsylvania and Illinois).
