Right now I’m at 1 year in suing the commissioner of revenue in TN for running a rogue surveil-and-sieze program that deletes registration tags of people too poor to be insurance company customers. That’s 1.025 million people in TN who don’t have motor vehicle coverage, and they are being criminally prosecuted by the hundreds of thousands. The law at TCA 55-12-101 and 102 et seq makes no provision for such an “Eye of Sauron” that has already garnered 408,800 convictions in a 5-year period. TN is an after-accident voluntary insurance financial responsibility state. We’re not a mandatory insurance state, for such would be illegal.
I am trying to raise F$291 for a transcript of a deposition in Nashville July 9. My brief takes 160pp to demolish this shakedown.
Separately, I am trying to raise F$405 for a U.S. district court filing fee for a case against 5 vampire lender parties. These are predatory lenders of the worst order, known as MCAs. That’s for “merchant cash advance.” They are frauds that violate the Tennessee usury statute with a 10 percent max on interest.
What brings me to rely on the providence of God in these endeavors is that I am way, way below the official poverty line.
I have been a jobseeker since January, having slipped into poverty as member of the radio press. I haven’t found work in the paralegal field. I applied to Wal-mart — no go. I’ve applied for work delivering donuts on the night shift — let’s wait to hear back on that one.

My avocation and calling is to report key news items, to clarify for citizens their situation under God’s judgment and under occupation by the wicked, and to bring relief in court for reforms in due process, traffic stops and the cartelization of the economy. Government and corporations today are united in their bid to destroy and oppress, all while making a buck.
I sued evil Gov. Bill Lee in 2020 for CV-19 oppression and breach of law. I’m suing the former chief justice, Roger Page, for false imprisonment and false arrest. I’m suing Franklin, Tenn., for redcoat arrest protocols. I’ve told Hamilton County I will be taking it to court for jailing me without warrant under its lawless violence program upon roadway travelers.
