I was arrested on June 30, 2025, after being stopped for no license plate. My lawful ID was ignored, and an in the field "jurisdiction challenge" was also ignored. I was held in a brightly lit room for three days with no access to a phone, or being let out to walk around until noon the third day. that is called Torture under international law, and all US laws. I was released after paying a $537 ransom, with a court date on this Thursday.
As of now, I have still been charged with NOTHING, not given a single paper. The web site shows "resisting arrest" as the only charge. They did not charge me for any license violations because I had rescinded my "drivers license" and my car was not registered so the they could not charge me for that. The lack of a charge proves my point.
The funny thing is, they chose an off the path "statute" to charge me for the fake charge because it specifically states that the fact it was an unlawful arrest is no defense. There WAS NO ARREST at all, just a kidnapping and torture for 3 days. The fact they used that statute, and couldn't charge me for anything else makes it pretty obvious they just NEED to convict me of something, anything, in order to try to save their "immunity". They will fail.
The crimes committed stand at well over 30 legitimate egregious violations. All of the crimes are self proving, meaning that if the events happened the crimes had to as well.
I will take the 5th in courts, after filing a copy of my identity and a notice of invocation of the right to silence.
What these clowns have done to me results in multi million dollar verdicts all the time, and will here. I am as lucky as they are stupid and incompetent. The transparency and obvious nature of the crimes in total disregard for the law, including their own statutes, puts me in a very strong position to demand a Trial By Jury and reach a very large settlement without even having to go to court.
I will also be hitting the bonds of at least 4 officers, and 5 if the prosecutor doesn't drop his part in the RICO scam and leave the rest out to dry. That is where the real power lies in stopping their criminal RICO racket. Don't go after the people, go after their bonds for constitutional violations. if they lose their binds they can no longer keep their job.
I, like they, have chosen to remain silent and not tip my hand. I haven't collected any body cam footage, or bond information so they stay in the dark until I drop the bond bombs and file my suit that will initially seek 10 million plus punitive damages because their crimes are business as usual. There is enough evidence and other circumstances that make that the low end of the asking price for a similar suit, and it will be heard IN MY COURT rather than theirs.
