2ARay needs to assert his Sovereign Immunity to ALL statutes and DEMAND a retiral by a jury of HIS peers (perhaps people from his church), not the states. You can't beat the system within the system. It is criminal, operated by criminals, who know they are criminals and enjoy committing their crimes and stealing your money.
If you DEMAND and don't back down a Trial By Jury, according to the constitution as opposed to a jury trial by statute, they will have no choice but to dismiss the case because the CAN NOT FOLLOW THE CONSTITUTION because they are NOT A PARTY TO IT.
