Aaron Berry has just insisted on his right to have the Hamilton County, Tenn., grand jury, consider whether he should be put on trial for Expressing anger at his credit union for refusing to cash a check unless he went into a cubicle to do business. Mr. Berry, an American veteran, has PTSD and is unable to psychologically deal with enclosed spaces, saying he has an ADA exemption. No matter, the Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union trespassed the member from the building and also had his car towed.
