They assume you to be a US citizen in the United States under privilege, doing business in the corporate State of Tennessee. ALL licenses are issued to US citizens, ie residents (someone who is in a place by privilege) of the State of Tennessee in it's corporate functions as an administrative department of the United States government. It's simple to prove. All you have to do is ask the assailants if they have Social Security Numbers, and if the State of Tennessee has a federal tax ID number issued by the IRS (which would prove it is a federal corporation, not a constitutional government.)
