Plea to conscience of tax boss to halt attack on poor, obey financial responsibility law
‘A good extraction is a reproach to him who degenerates from it’

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn., Thursday, March 13, 2025 — My personal pleadings to Tennessee revenue commissioner David Gerregano appeal to the 10 commandments in an attempt to waken his conscience to the evil of his “mandatory insurance” program under what my court cases dub “the Eye of Sauron.”
“I pray for you,” the letter states. “I encurage you to obtain good conscience and make use of all the instruments of law I have laid out in our case.”
The letter focuses on my first case to end Eye of Sauron and undo his illegal revocation of my 2000 Honda Odyssey minivan under color of the Tennessee financial responsibility law of 1977. He’s already read my 21 pp. appeal filing. I am in a second administrative case for his revoking my 1999 Toyota RAV4. I am suing him in official capacity in chancery court in Davidson County, and in personal capacity in U.S. district court in Nashville.
With private individual donor support, the Gnomes and I have fought since July 2023 to overturn Mr. Gerregano’s corrupt program, a monstrosity of oppression that hearing officer Brad Buchanan says intends to force poor people off the roads.
