Kelly vows not to violate rights as ‘emergency’ plan speeds up green curtain
Chattanooga lauds green ideals from hills of Geneva as WEF ‘smart city’
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn., Wednesday, March 29, 2023 – Mayor Tim Kelly is adding language to his “climate action plan” intended to blunt claims that Great Reset programs in the city along the Tennessee River will become a “digital gulag,” as critics assert.

The city says the plan “shall impose no binding commitments” on city government and that that it will “make no recommendation of any sort that would violate individual privacy or freedom of movement.”
Neither will the plan make any “recommendation that imposes any regulation on driving or transit choices of residents” even as it works to enhance walk, biking and use of CARTA buses. The mayor also says his plan won’t “restrict residents in any way, regardless of their preferred means of transportation, where they live, or length of commute.”
It makes a general statement about the plan – again, the plan – will be in “full compliance” with the “requirements and the liberties provided by” the U.S. and state constitutions and state law.
To counterbalance these concessions, the preamble states “community input and engagement remain at the core of the plan” to help in “improving the quality of life for all Chattanooga residents by investing in economic opportunity, conserving our natural resources, and attracting the jobs of the future.”

Social engineering parallel
The social engineering of the city’s commitments is inescapable, and its connection with global and international groups that envision a public-private top-down seizure of the functions of government by non-governmental actors.
In good faith, with no twinge of conscience, Mayor Kelly and his staff can commit to this scheme, just as they committed to CV-19 jabs that have taken a rising number of lives.
The Tennessee Covid mitigation data from the federal government, based on 1,082 mortality reports in the vaccine registry, indicates between 44,362 and 108,200 jab deaths. Disability and injuries have prompted 13,622 reports to FDA and CDC, or between 558,502 and 1.362 million harms to men, women and children in the state.
City council, county commission participated in an illegal and unconstitutional overthrow of state government by Gov. Bill Lee, with backing of the judiciary and the silence of the general assembly. The abrogation of the agreement between people and state began March 12, 2020, and remains unhealed, with the breach cemented in state jurisprudence in the court of appeals’ 32-page demolition of my cause and the remedy of writ of mandamus.
City council’s words are intended to resonate among people who believe that government bodies, and government employees, hear the claims of the law upon them, and have a record of obeying it.
