Deputy arrests 'Bow Tie' for taillight crime, bleeps him for 'right to remain silent'

Sheriff Garrett's deputy, Brandon Bennett, violates warrant requirement law, abrogates right of ingress-egress recognized by many court cases and Tennessee code

My unlawful arrest Nov. 22, 2023, gives me standing to demand a federal judge remind Hamilton County government — from county commission to sheriff Austin Garrett — that the state and federal constitutions are in effect for all those who believe in them, and are willing to fight for rights recognized in them as inhering in us as God’s children, made in his image, rights that are unalienable and guaranteed under officials’ oath of office. I have until Nov. 22 this year to make petition, and plan to begin friendly interactions with my oppressors this summer. Excellent video by Billy Blume of Shields of Shame.
