Chancery receives reconsideration petition in bid to halt illegal surveillance program, human trafficking
Judge denies injunction petition on improper grounds, that being shocking effect on system if EIVS is decertified, I am given 2 tags pending resolution of the case
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn., April 15, 2025 — This morning at the clerk and master’s office at the court of chancery in Nashville will arrive my petition for reconsideration by the judge who scandalously denies my injunction on Thursday. I believe this work is a powerful labor of persuasion that explains the entire controversy over which the Gnomes andI have been fighting for 20 months and which puts the role of the court and justice and the humble petitioner in a righteous perspective.

It took Christopher Sapp, Ed Soloe and I nearly year to understand that the certification issue is crucial in the statute, the Tennessee financial responsibility law of 1977, a mechanic analyisis central to defeating the fraud run by revenue commissioner David Gerregno and his ally, Jeff Long, commissioner of safety.

I’m suing the men in their official capacity in a case that has wandered across the state since Nov. 1, 2024. I filed in Hamilton County in downtown Chattanooga. The case went, after two local recusals, to McMinn County chancery court, the Tennessee supreme court, back to McMinn County and finally to Davidson County chancery.
My motion for reconsideration says that the commissioner of revenue must be ordered to decertify the EIVS tower, the “Eye of Sauron” surveillance system misused by the entire state apparatus in a vast, powerful and wicked fraud upon the public. It leads to unlawful human trafficking of the poor, and injection of poor people into the criminal court system generating 40,800 criminal convictions annually under a law that doesn’t apply to any of them.

Not a single member of our state’s fogbombing press has touched this story despite my great effort via press release to interest of editors, columnists, news directors and media managers. Even the black liberal press is disinterested in this controversy.
It is also spiritually significant that Christendom in our day is at a low ebb. Christian people should be gung-ho for my combat and fully supportive of it. They are indifferent to my claims on God’s behalf against the wicked on behalf of the poor, orphan and widow, the alien and stranger.. So as the wicked do against the poor and the weak, they do unto us as well. Most people who are standard liberals, or conservative and Christian accept the Sauron fraud as good policy, not seeing it is aimed at destroying the poor and ridding the land of them.
The program I attack is unconstitutional on its face, evidence of industry capture of departments of the state, protection provided by abdicating attorney general Jonathan Skrmetti and abdicating corruption watchdog comptroller of treasury Jason Munpower, in the entirety of the house and senate in the general assembly. There are not even currents of whispers among officials who have some influence to end this bizarre overthrow of law conducted by Messrs. Gerregano and Long.
My motion is nine pages. I think has a very edifying outlook. It is intended to be used by the Holy Spirit to, as the scriptures say, turn the heart of the king. The Holy Spirit turns the hearts of kings, but he uses messengers such as me and what I view as a prophetic role neglected among God’s children.

I think we saw similar things with whole states that challenged MaoBummer election scam in 2020. When they said there was no standing by 11 states. It's akin to the tyrants saying there was no evidence then or with the scamdemic. No evidence because they'd allow no evidence!
