Asking your help for filing fee, transcript

Fighting ministry journalist faces F$400 fee suing 5 vampire lender parties, F$291 transcript bill targeting TN tax agency fraud upon 1 million poor people

My reporting and litigation ministry reports on ways to resist oppression and bring relief of those harmed by lawlessness of people in office. I sue in the public interest and for the benefit of ordinary Americans here in Tennessee.

I sue on behalf of other people as well as myself, asking the courts to relieve us of injuries caused by breach of constitution and violation of black-letter law.

Support in this mercy labor comes in either of two ways.

— Cash or check gift sent to me c/o 10520 Brickhill Lane, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379

— A donation via Christian crowdfunding, letting our light shine brightly:

My immediate need:

  1. $291 for a deposition transcript in Tulis vs. Department of Revenue, working to defeat a state-sponsored shakedown using the Tennessee financial responsibility law of 1977 as a disguise.

  2. $405 to cover the U.S. district court, east Tennessee division, filing fee against vampire lenders who are stripmining local economy and free markets with loans bearing interest up to 593 percent.
